Peace Movement

 

GPM (Gyunka Peace Movement) is a movement of young women working for social and economic transformation in Nigeria. It advocates young women’s leadership, peace, justice, human rights and sustainable development, both on the grassroot and National level.

 

GPM’s purpose and desire is to develop the leadership and collective power of young women in Nasarawa State and Nigeria to achieve human rights, security, dignity of women, Justice, peace, health and freedom for all young women. We want to provide the young women with shelter from hostile environment. Through our sustainable development, we want to empower the young women to become decision-makers and community leaders.
